Overall I personally think this is one of my drinks that evolved me as a crafter the most. This drink is one where I listened to myself to not overcomplicate a drink. Its only three ingredients but all three play together Beautifully. It’s simple in a way that makes a drink that is memorable for myself.
Recipe
- 1 0z Scarlet Ibis Trinidad Rum
- 1 0z Fey Anme Forest bitter Liquor
- 1 0z Chamomile simple
Stir and serve on a stone with an Orange twist.
This drink is simple yes but I do truthfully believe these ingredients are irreplaceable. The soft heat from Scarlet Ibis, the love and care inside Fey Anme’s Forest, and the soft care that Chamomile gives. This drink is in my opinion the best drink I’ve ever made and one I personally won’t give suggestions on replacement spirits.
