- 0.75 Oz Malort
- 0.75 Oz Mezcal
- 0.5 Oz Piment D’ Espelete
- 1 Oz lime
- 0.5 Simple

This is the most hateful drink I’ve ever made. So besides the obvious in the fact I used Malort and Mezcal in one drink lets talk about that final spirit inside this drink.
So Piment D’ Espelete is a spirit made of the Espelette pepper. It smells of Jalapeno in my own opinion so a jalapeno liqueur maybe able to replace it in here.
I hate that this drink works better then it should. Is it aggressive? PERHAPS. Is it the most out there drink I personally have ever made? Yes.
Should you consume this? How are is your mental health?
