The name comes from the fact I used lemon juice and Ginger simple syrup in the drink. IT also happens to come from the fact that my boss at this place hated my long names so..

Recipe
- 1.5 Oz Vodka
- 1 Oz Passion fruit liqueur
- 1 Oz Lemon juice
- 1 Oz Ginger simple syrup
Now optional edits would be to use a citrus Vodka or even a passion fruit vodka. I personally would also suggest Passoã for passion fruit liqueur. Its delicious and gives a very vibrant color to the drink.
Ginger simple syrup isn’t super hard to make as well. Ginger is a hearty root so just boil it like you are making a ginger tea. Once you taste it and it burns your nose to smell (just a little burn nothing too strong) then add the sugar and kill off that heat a bit.
