1.5 Oz (45 ML) Amaretto Liqueur
0.75 Oz (22 ML) Bourbon
1 Oz (30 ML) Lemon Juice
1 Bar spoon simple syrup
1 Egg white
Dry shake all ingredients with no ice hard, add ice and shake hard again, Double strain into a rocks glass that already has fresh ice in it, and garnish with a lemon twist with two cherries.
So hilariously to me this drink was created in the 70s created by the liqueur brand Disaronno in order to sell more amaretto. I would love to tell more history here but no that’s basically it.
